How To Uninstall netpipe-tcp On Debian 8

To uninstall netpipe-tcp just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just netpipe-tcp

linuxNetwork performance tool using the TCP protocolnet3.7.2-7+b2
sudo apt-get remove netpipe-tcp

This will remove just the netpipe-tcp package itself.

Uninstall netpipe-tcp and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove netpipe-tcp

This will remove the netpipe-tcp package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for netpipe-tcp then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge netpipe-tcp

Or similarly, like this netpipe-tcp

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove netpipe-tcp
