How To Uninstall netsurf-gtk On Debian 8

To uninstall netsurf-gtk just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just netsurf-gtk

linuxsmall web browser with CSS support for GTKweb3.2+dfsg-2+b1
sudo apt-get remove netsurf-gtk

This will remove just the netsurf-gtk package itself.

Uninstall netsurf-gtk and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove netsurf-gtk

This will remove the netsurf-gtk package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for netsurf-gtk then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge netsurf-gtk

Or similarly, like this netsurf-gtk

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove netsurf-gtk
