How To Uninstall network-manager-iodine On Debian 8

To uninstall network-manager-iodine just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just network-manager-iodine

linuxnetwork management framework (iodine plugin core)net0.0.5-1
sudo apt-get remove network-manager-iodine

This will remove just the network-manager-iodine package itself.

Uninstall network-manager-iodine and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove network-manager-iodine

This will remove the network-manager-iodine package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for network-manager-iodine then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge network-manager-iodine

Or similarly, like this network-manager-iodine

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove network-manager-iodine
