How To Uninstall nfs4-acl-tools On Debian 8

To uninstall nfs4-acl-tools just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just nfs4-acl-tools

linuxCommandline and GUI ACL utilities for the NFSv4 clientadmin0.3.3-2.1
sudo apt-get remove nfs4-acl-tools

This will remove just the nfs4-acl-tools package itself.

Uninstall nfs4-acl-tools and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove nfs4-acl-tools

This will remove the nfs4-acl-tools package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for nfs4-acl-tools then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge nfs4-acl-tools

Or similarly, like this nfs4-acl-tools

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove nfs4-acl-tools
