How To Uninstall ng-common On Debian 8

To uninstall ng-common just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ng-common

linuxCommon files used by ng-* packageseditors1.5~beta1-3.1
sudo apt-get remove ng-common

This will remove just the ng-common package itself.

Uninstall ng-common and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ng-common

This will remove the ng-common package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ng-common then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ng-common

Or similarly, like this ng-common

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ng-common
