How To Uninstall node-abstract-leveldown On Debian 8

To uninstall node-abstract-leveldown just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just node-abstract-leveldown

linuxAbstract prototype matching the LevelDOWN API - Node.js moduleweb2.0.1-1
sudo apt-get remove node-abstract-leveldown

This will remove just the node-abstract-leveldown package itself.

Uninstall node-abstract-leveldown and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-abstract-leveldown

This will remove the node-abstract-leveldown package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for node-abstract-leveldown then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge node-abstract-leveldown

Or similarly, like this node-abstract-leveldown

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-abstract-leveldown
