How To Uninstall node-active-x-obfuscator On Debian 8

To uninstall node-active-x-obfuscator just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just node-active-x-obfuscator

linuxSafely obfuscate the string 'ActiveX' inside of JavaScript codeweb0.0.2-1
sudo apt-get remove node-active-x-obfuscator

This will remove just the node-active-x-obfuscator package itself.

Uninstall node-active-x-obfuscator and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-active-x-obfuscator

This will remove the node-active-x-obfuscator package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for node-active-x-obfuscator then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge node-active-x-obfuscator

Or similarly, like this node-active-x-obfuscator

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-active-x-obfuscator
