How To Uninstall node-backbone On Debian 8

To uninstall node-backbone just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just node-backbone

linuxsome Backbone for JavaScript applications - Node moduleweb0.9.10-3
sudo apt-get remove node-backbone

This will remove just the node-backbone package itself.

Uninstall node-backbone and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-backbone

This will remove the node-backbone package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for node-backbone then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge node-backbone

Or similarly, like this node-backbone

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-backbone
