How To Uninstall node-chainsaw On Debian 8

To uninstall node-chainsaw just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just node-chainsaw

linuxNode.js module to build chainable fluent interfacesweb0.1.0-1
sudo apt-get remove node-chainsaw

This will remove just the node-chainsaw package itself.

Uninstall node-chainsaw and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-chainsaw

This will remove the node-chainsaw package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for node-chainsaw then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge node-chainsaw

Or similarly, like this node-chainsaw

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-chainsaw
