How To Uninstall node-databank On Debian 8

To uninstall node-databank just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just node-databank

linuxNode.js JSON storage abstraction layerweb0.19.1-1
sudo apt-get remove node-databank

This will remove just the node-databank package itself.

Uninstall node-databank and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-databank

This will remove the node-databank package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for node-databank then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge node-databank

Or similarly, like this node-databank

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-databank
