How To Uninstall node-debug On Debian 8

To uninstall node-debug just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just node-debug

linuxsmall debugging utility for Node.jsweb2.1.0+dfsg-1
sudo apt-get remove node-debug

This will remove just the node-debug package itself.

Uninstall node-debug and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-debug

This will remove the node-debug package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for node-debug then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge node-debug

Or similarly, like this node-debug

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-debug
