How To Uninstall node-dirty On Debian 8

To uninstall node-dirty just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just node-dirty

tiny and fast key-value store for NodeDebian 8.0web0.9.6-1
sudo apt-get remove node-dirty

This will remove just the node-dirty package itself.

Uninstall node-dirty and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-dirty

This will remove the node-dirty package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for node-dirty then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge node-dirty

Or similarly, like this node-dirty

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-dirty
