How To Uninstall node-eventemitter2 On Debian 8

To uninstall node-eventemitter2 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just node-eventemitter2

linuxEvent emitter compatible with browsers - module for Node.jsweb0.4.13-2
sudo apt-get remove node-eventemitter2

This will remove just the node-eventemitter2 package itself.

Uninstall node-eventemitter2 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-eventemitter2

This will remove the node-eventemitter2 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for node-eventemitter2 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge node-eventemitter2

Or similarly, like this node-eventemitter2

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-eventemitter2
