How To Uninstall node-htmlparser On Debian 8

To uninstall node-htmlparser just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just node-htmlparser

linuxforgiving HTML/XML/RSS Parser in Javascript for NodeJSweb1.7.5+ds1-1
sudo apt-get remove node-htmlparser

This will remove just the node-htmlparser package itself.

Uninstall node-htmlparser and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-htmlparser

This will remove the node-htmlparser package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for node-htmlparser then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge node-htmlparser

Or similarly, like this node-htmlparser

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-htmlparser
