How To Uninstall node-htmlparser2 On Debian 8

To uninstall node-htmlparser2 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just node-htmlparser2

fast & forgiving HTML/XML/RSS parserDebian 8.0web3.7.3-1
sudo apt-get remove node-htmlparser2

This will remove just the node-htmlparser2 package itself.

Uninstall node-htmlparser2 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-htmlparser2

This will remove the node-htmlparser2 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for node-htmlparser2 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge node-htmlparser2

Or similarly, like this node-htmlparser2

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-htmlparser2
