How To Uninstall node-jsv On Debian 8

To uninstall node-jsv just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just node-jsv

linuxextendable, fully compliant JSON schema validator for NodeJSweb4.0.0+ds1-1
sudo apt-get remove node-jsv

This will remove just the node-jsv package itself.

Uninstall node-jsv and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-jsv

This will remove the node-jsv package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for node-jsv then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge node-jsv

Or similarly, like this node-jsv

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-jsv
