How To Uninstall node-libravatar On Debian 8

To uninstall node-libravatar just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just node-libravatar

linuxlibravatar library for NodeJSweb2.0.0-4
sudo apt-get remove node-libravatar

This will remove just the node-libravatar package itself.

Uninstall node-libravatar and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove node-libravatar

This will remove the node-libravatar package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for node-libravatar then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge node-libravatar

Or similarly, like this node-libravatar

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove node-libravatar
