How To Uninstall php-aws-sdk On Debian 8

To uninstall php-aws-sdk just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just php-aws-sdk

software development kit to build solutions for AmazonDebian 8.0php2.7.2-1
sudo apt-get remove php-aws-sdk

This will remove just the php-aws-sdk package itself.

Uninstall php-aws-sdk and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove php-aws-sdk

This will remove the php-aws-sdk package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for php-aws-sdk then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge php-aws-sdk

Or similarly, like this php-aws-sdk

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove php-aws-sdk
