How To Uninstall printer-driver-escpr On Debian 8

To uninstall printer-driver-escpr just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just printer-driver-escpr

sudo apt-get remove printer-driver-escpr

This will remove just the printer-driver-escpr package itself.

Uninstall printer-driver-escpr and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove printer-driver-escpr

This will remove the printer-driver-escpr package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for printer-driver-escpr then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge printer-driver-escpr
