How To Uninstall proxytrack On Debian 8

To uninstall proxytrack just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just proxytrack

Build HTTP Caches using archived websites copied by HTTrackDebian 8.0web3.48.20-1
sudo apt-get remove proxytrack

This will remove just the proxytrack package itself.

Uninstall proxytrack and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove proxytrack

This will remove the proxytrack package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for proxytrack then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge proxytrack

Or similarly, like this proxytrack

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove proxytrack
