How To Uninstall python-breathe On Debian 8

To uninstall python-breathe just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-breathe

Sphinx autodox support for languages other than Python (Python 2)Debian 8.0python3.1.0-1
sudo apt-get remove python-breathe

This will remove just the python-breathe package itself.

Uninstall python-breathe and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-breathe

This will remove the python-breathe package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-breathe then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-breathe

Or similarly, like this python-breathe

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-breathe
