How To Uninstall python-commando On Debian 8

To uninstall python-commando just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-commando

wrapper for argparse to define declarativelyDebian 8.0python0.3.4-1.1
sudo apt-get remove python-commando

This will remove just the python-commando package itself.

Uninstall python-commando and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-commando

This will remove the python-commando package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-commando then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-commando

Or similarly, like this python-commando

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-commando
