How To Uninstall python-django-guardian On Debian 8

To uninstall python-django-guardian just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-django-guardian

per object permissions of djangoDebian 8.0python1.2.4+git20141127-0.2
sudo apt-get remove python-django-guardian

This will remove just the python-django-guardian package itself.

Uninstall python-django-guardian and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-django-guardian

This will remove the python-django-guardian package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-django-guardian then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-django-guardian

Or similarly, like this python-django-guardian

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-django-guardian
