How To Uninstall python-dkim On Debian 8

To uninstall python-dkim just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-dkim

Python module for DKIM signing and verificationDebian 8.0python0.5.4-1
sudo apt-get remove python-dkim

This will remove just the python-dkim package itself.

Uninstall python-dkim and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-dkim

This will remove the python-dkim package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-dkim then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-dkim

Or similarly, like this python-dkim

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-dkim
