How To Uninstall python-enzyme On Debian 8

To uninstall python-enzyme just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-enzyme

video metadata parser (Python 2)Debian 8.0python0.4.1-1
sudo apt-get remove python-enzyme

This will remove just the python-enzyme package itself.

Uninstall python-enzyme and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-enzyme

This will remove the python-enzyme package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-enzyme then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-enzyme

Or similarly, like this python-enzyme

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-enzyme
