How To Uninstall python-jpylyzer-doc On Debian 8

To uninstall python-jpylyzer-doc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-jpylyzer-doc

JP2 (JPEG 2000 Part 1) validator and properties extractor - docDebian 8.0doc1.13.0-1
sudo apt-get remove python-jpylyzer-doc

This will remove just the python-jpylyzer-doc package itself.

Uninstall python-jpylyzer-doc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-jpylyzer-doc

This will remove the python-jpylyzer-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-jpylyzer-doc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-jpylyzer-doc

Or similarly, like this python-jpylyzer-doc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-jpylyzer-doc
