How To Uninstall python-libemu On Debian 8

To uninstall python-libemu just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just python-libemu

x86 shellcode detection and emulation - Python bindingsDebian 8.0python0.2.0+git20120122-1.2
sudo apt-get remove python-libemu

This will remove just the python-libemu package itself.

Uninstall python-libemu and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove python-libemu

This will remove the python-libemu package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for python-libemu then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge python-libemu

Or similarly, like this python-libemu

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-libemu
