How To Uninstall doc-rfc-fyi-bcp On Debian 8

To uninstall doc-rfc-fyi-bcp just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just doc-rfc-fyi-bcp

FYI and BCP RFCsDebian 8.0non-free/doc20120225-2
sudo apt-get remove doc-rfc-fyi-bcp

This will remove just the doc-rfc-fyi-bcp package itself.

Uninstall doc-rfc-fyi-bcp and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove doc-rfc-fyi-bcp

This will remove the doc-rfc-fyi-bcp package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for doc-rfc-fyi-bcp then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge doc-rfc-fyi-bcp

Or similarly, like this doc-rfc-fyi-bcp

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove doc-rfc-fyi-bcp
