How To Uninstall cl-sql-oracle On Debian 9

To uninstall cl-sql-oracle just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just cl-sql-oracle

CLSQL database backend, OracleDebian 9.0contrib/lisp6.7.0-1.1
sudo apt-get remove cl-sql-oracle

This will remove just the cl-sql-oracle package itself.

Uninstall cl-sql-oracle and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cl-sql-oracle

This will remove the cl-sql-oracle package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cl-sql-oracle then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cl-sql-oracle

Or similarly, like this cl-sql-oracle

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cl-sql-oracle
