How To Uninstall 0xffff On Debian 9

To uninstall 0xffff just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just 0xffff

linuxOpen Free Fiasco Firmware Flashermisc0.7-2
sudo apt-get remove 0xffff

This will remove just the 0xffff package itself.

Uninstall 0xffff and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove 0xffff

This will remove the 0xffff package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for 0xffff then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge 0xffff

Or similarly, like this 0xffff

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove 0xffff
