How To Uninstall 2ping On Debian 9

To uninstall 2ping just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just 2ping

Ping utility to determine directional packet lossDebian 9.0net3.2.1-1
sudo apt-get remove 2ping

This will remove just the 2ping package itself.

Uninstall 2ping and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove 2ping

This will remove the 2ping package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for 2ping then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge 2ping

Or similarly, like this 2ping

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove 2ping
