How To Uninstall 9menu On Debian 9

To uninstall 9menu just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just 9menu

Creates X menus from the shellDebian 9.0x111.9-1+b1
sudo apt-get remove 9menu

This will remove just the 9menu package itself.

Uninstall 9menu and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove 9menu

This will remove the 9menu package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for 9menu then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge 9menu

Or similarly, like this 9menu

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove 9menu
