How To Uninstall adacontrol On Debian 9

To uninstall adacontrol just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just adacontrol

linuxAda rules controllerdevel1.17r3.1-4
sudo apt-get remove adacontrol

This will remove just the adacontrol package itself.

Uninstall adacontrol and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove adacontrol

This will remove the adacontrol package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for adacontrol then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge adacontrol

Or similarly, like this adacontrol

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove adacontrol
