How To Uninstall adequate On Debian 9

To uninstall adequate just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just adequate

Debian package quality testing toolDebian 9.0utils0.15.1
sudo apt-get remove adequate

This will remove just the adequate package itself.

Uninstall adequate and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove adequate

This will remove the adequate package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for adequate then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge adequate

Or similarly, like this adequate

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove adequate
