How To Uninstall alice On Debian 9

To uninstall alice just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just alice

linuxWeb browser (WebKit or Gecko) based IRC clientperl0.19-1
sudo apt-get remove alice

This will remove just the alice package itself.

Uninstall alice and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove alice

This will remove the alice package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for alice then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge alice

Or similarly, like this alice

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove alice
