How To Uninstall amarok-utils On Debian 9

To uninstall amarok-utils just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just amarok-utils

linuxutilities for Amarok media playerutils2.8.0-8
sudo apt-get remove amarok-utils

This will remove just the amarok-utils package itself.

Uninstall amarok-utils and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove amarok-utils

This will remove the amarok-utils package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for amarok-utils then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge amarok-utils

Or similarly, like this amarok-utils

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove amarok-utils
