How To Uninstall amule-dbg On Debian 9

To uninstall amule-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just amule-dbg

client for the eD2k and Kad networks, like eMule (debug symbols)Debian 9.0debug1:2.3.2-1+b2
sudo apt-get remove amule-dbg

This will remove just the amule-dbg package itself.

Uninstall amule-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove amule-dbg

This will remove the amule-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for amule-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge amule-dbg

Or similarly, like this amule-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove amule-dbg
