How To Uninstall android-tools-adb On Debian 9

To uninstall android-tools-adb just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just android-tools-adb

transitional packageDebian 9.0oldlibs1:7.0.0+r33-1
sudo apt-get remove android-tools-adb

This will remove just the android-tools-adb package itself.

Uninstall android-tools-adb and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove android-tools-adb

This will remove the android-tools-adb package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for android-tools-adb then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge android-tools-adb

Or similarly, like this android-tools-adb

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove android-tools-adb
