How To Uninstall anomaly On Debian 9

To uninstall anomaly just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just anomaly

linuxdetect anomalous data in a numeric streamutils1.1.0-3+b1
sudo apt-get remove anomaly

This will remove just the anomaly package itself.

Uninstall anomaly and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove anomaly

This will remove the anomaly package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for anomaly then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge anomaly

Or similarly, like this anomaly

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove anomaly
