How To Uninstall ant-contrib-cpptasks On Debian 9

To uninstall ant-contrib-cpptasks just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ant-contrib-cpptasks

C/C++ compilation tasks for Ant.Debian 9.0java1.0~b5-2
sudo apt-get remove ant-contrib-cpptasks

This will remove just the ant-contrib-cpptasks package itself.

Uninstall ant-contrib-cpptasks and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ant-contrib-cpptasks

This will remove the ant-contrib-cpptasks package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ant-contrib-cpptasks then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ant-contrib-cpptasks

Or similarly, like this ant-contrib-cpptasks

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ant-contrib-cpptasks
