How To Uninstall antlr On Debian 9

To uninstall antlr just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just antlr

language tool for constructing recognizers, compilers etcDebian 9.0devel2.7.7+dfsg-7
sudo apt-get remove antlr

This will remove just the antlr package itself.

Uninstall antlr and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove antlr

This will remove the antlr package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for antlr then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge antlr

Or similarly, like this antlr

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove antlr
