How To Uninstall anyremote-data On Debian 9

To uninstall anyremote-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just anyremote-data

linuxarchitecture independent files for anyremoteutils6.6.1-1
sudo apt-get remove anyremote-data

This will remove just the anyremote-data package itself.

Uninstall anyremote-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove anyremote-data

This will remove the anyremote-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for anyremote-data then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge anyremote-data

Or similarly, like this anyremote-data

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove anyremote-data
