How To Uninstall aolserver4-xotcl On Debian 9

To uninstall aolserver4-xotcl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just aolserver4-xotcl

Extended Object Tcl (XOTcl)Debian 9.0httpd1.6.8-3
sudo apt-get remove aolserver4-xotcl

This will remove just the aolserver4-xotcl package itself.

Uninstall aolserver4-xotcl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove aolserver4-xotcl

This will remove the aolserver4-xotcl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for aolserver4-xotcl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge aolserver4-xotcl

Or similarly, like this aolserver4-xotcl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove aolserver4-xotcl
