How To Uninstall apertium-es-pt On Debian 9

To uninstall apertium-es-pt just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just apertium-es-pt

linuxApertium translation data for the Spanish-Portuguese pairmisc1.1.5+svn~57507-3
sudo apt-get remove apertium-es-pt

This will remove just the apertium-es-pt package itself.

Uninstall apertium-es-pt and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove apertium-es-pt

This will remove the apertium-es-pt package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for apertium-es-pt then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge apertium-es-pt

Or similarly, like this apertium-es-pt

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove apertium-es-pt
