How To Uninstall apper-data On Debian 9

To uninstall apper-data just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just apper-data

linuxKDE package management tool using PackageKit (data files)kde0.9.2+git20161222-3
sudo apt-get remove apper-data

This will remove just the apper-data package itself.

Uninstall apper-data and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove apper-data

This will remove the apper-data package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for apper-data then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge apper-data

Or similarly, like this apper-data

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove apper-data
