How To Uninstall apt-dater-host On Debian 9

To uninstall apt-dater-host just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just apt-dater-host

host helper application for apt-daterDebian 9.0admin1.0.0-4
sudo apt-get remove apt-dater-host

This will remove just the apt-dater-host package itself.

Uninstall apt-dater-host and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove apt-dater-host

This will remove the apt-dater-host package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for apt-dater-host then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge apt-dater-host

Or similarly, like this apt-dater-host

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove apt-dater-host
