How To Uninstall apt-rdepends On Debian 9

To uninstall apt-rdepends just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just apt-rdepends

recursively lists package dependenciesDebian 9.0utils1.3.0-6
sudo apt-get remove apt-rdepends

This will remove just the apt-rdepends package itself.

Uninstall apt-rdepends and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove apt-rdepends

This will remove the apt-rdepends package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for apt-rdepends then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge apt-rdepends

Or similarly, like this apt-rdepends

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove apt-rdepends
