To uninstall argonaut-freeradius just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just argonaut-freeradius

Argonaut scripts to generate authentication for FreeRADIUSDebian 9.0utils1.0-1
sudo apt-get remove argonaut-freeradius

This will remove just the argonaut-freeradius package itself.

Uninstall argonaut-freeradius and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove argonaut-freeradius

This will remove the argonaut-freeradius package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for argonaut-freeradius then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge argonaut-freeradius

Or similarly, like this argonaut-freeradius

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove argonaut-freeradius
