How To Uninstall ascii2binary On Debian 9

To uninstall ascii2binary just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ascii2binary

linuxConvert between ASCII, hexadecimal and binary representationsmisc2.14-1+b2
sudo apt-get remove ascii2binary

This will remove just the ascii2binary package itself.

Uninstall ascii2binary and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ascii2binary

This will remove the ascii2binary package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ascii2binary then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ascii2binary

Or similarly, like this ascii2binary

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ascii2binary
