How To Uninstall asterisk-config On Debian 9

To uninstall asterisk-config just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just asterisk-config

linuxConfiguration files for Asteriskcomm1:13.14.1~dfsg-2
sudo apt-get remove asterisk-config

This will remove just the asterisk-config package itself.

Uninstall asterisk-config and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove asterisk-config

This will remove the asterisk-config package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for asterisk-config then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge asterisk-config

Or similarly, like this asterisk-config

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove asterisk-config
